With some years of experience working voluntary as a juror at different Business Plan Competitions I have seen some excellent Business Plans and Pitches, but most of them had a lot of room for improvement or did not have the necessary ingredients of a business plan. Although many ideas might have been good, execution was poor. But execution is one of the most important keys for success. Therefore I highlighted important “topics” of a business plan and pitch with the purpose to create a very short introduction to support good execution. Have fun and success! Feedback is welcome.
